Being able to monitor what goes on inside & outside of your home brings peace of mind to many. Having the Arlo system at my own home has been a great.

During this service call, we’ll first discuss your monitoring goals, and then determine the best places for you to mount your cameras. I’ll then connect the system to your network, and get all the cameras synced & configured to meet your needs.  We’ll install the manufacture’s App to up to 6 smart phones / devices, and I’ll provide instruction on how to review your system and make any future changes as well.

Install or Update

Whether you’ve recently moved or changed Internet providers, want to update your wireless password to something memorable (yet secure), or are concerned about security issues and want to update your firmware & password, this service is for you.

• Setup or update of wireless router
• Creation of secure password
• Updating network login credentials for up to 10 devices (phones, laptops, tablets, wireless home devices, etc.)

Add AppleTV to your current entertainment system, or ditch cable completely. Wireless entertainment fills our lives now – I’ll help you get your new device set up, and show you basics on how to use it as well.

iCloud Backup Check-Up

Are your iOS devices syncing properly? Do you keep running out of storage space? We’ll analyze your current storage usage, and determine where you can delete files, items which don’t need to be backed up and what storage best works for your needs. We’ll also review what items you’re syncing between your devices to ensure it’s working for you.  Currently offered for Apple products only.

Home Theater Install

With our great weather, many people enjoy the treat of an outdoor theater.  Whether it be inside or out, I’ll set up and connect your entertainment center components (receiver, projector, DVD/BlueRay, AppleTV, etc.), and configure the speakers for an optimal experience.  Afterward, I’ll give a brief tutorial on how to use it all as well.

Technical Support / Service Calls

Sometimes you just need a hand. Or a geek. I’m here to help! Whether it’s one-on-one tech support / training, or fixing a home network and setting up a new printer, I’ll come to your location and work through the technical problems you are having, and explain what I’m doing along the way so you understand the technology better as well.

Service call**  min 1-hr  $65/hr for the 1st hour, $50/hr for each hour after that.

*Materials (e.g., new printer, router, etc., if needed) are additional & paid for by client.
