Technology comes naturally to me. Explaining it in a way that makes sense to someone else is the part I really enjoy.
Whether we’re sorting out your phone, untangling email, or working through a software question, I tailor the session to what you want to learn. We’ll go at your pace, and you’re welcome to ask the follow-up question you thought you should already know.
Always Technologically Inclined
I started writing simple computer code in fifth grade — while making all my friend’s parents VCR clocks stop blinking 12:00. The MS-DOS personal computer we had found me making signs, and forms – a precursor to my later studies in Visual Communications and Graphic Design.
Design experience. Practical tech skills.
I’ve worked as a graphic designer for more than 25 years, including over 20 years of self-employment. That work has given me extensive experience with Mac and Windows computers, creative software, websites, files, and the everyday technology that keeps projects moving.
I studied photography at Montana State University, earned a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications/Graphic Design from Towson University, and later earned a second bachelor’s in Industrial Design at the Art Institute of Colorado.
Helping people learn at Bridger Bowl
During the 2022–2023 and 2023–2024 winter seasons, I worked in Bridger Bowl’s IT Department, helping Guest Services staff and guests use the RFID lift-ticket system.
I also wrote and developed video training modules for new staff, covering ticket sales, card printing, guest accounts, and related computer systems. Turning a complicated process into clear, usable steps is a big part of how I work.

Learn together
I teach practical technology classes through Livingston Skill Hall, including Understanding Your iPhone: Storage & Subscriptions. Group classes are another way to build confidence and get answers alongside your neighbors.
