Tech Support Appointments
She Speaks Geek offers practical, one-on-one help with everyday personal technology. Common topics include smart phone storage, backups, email connectivity.
Appointments are focused on one device or one main goal so we can make progress during your session. Often there may be a secondary issue (with login access, etc) that are unpredictable, so a small problem can be more complex than first presenting.
Appointment Options
25-Minute Quick Tech Session $30
Best for one or two questions/troubleshooting issues, such as cloud backup, storage issues, or email connectivity.
50-Minute Tech Session $60
For more involved troubleshooting into lost login issues, extended software support/learning, getting OFF the cloud.

- Email accounts, inbox cleanup, spam, and organization
- Photos, files, cloud storage, backups, iCloud, Google Photos, and OneDrive
- Storage warnings, apps, subscriptions, and basic phone safety
- Organizing apps, files, and device settings
- New-device setup and learning the basics
- Basic printer, Wi-Fi, and streaming-device guidance
- Saving, finding, sharing, printing, and converting files to PDF
- Specific tasks in Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and similar programs
Software Help
Software sessions are for people who already have basic familiarity with a program and need help with a specific task or feature.
Examples include formatting a document, creating a simple spreadsheet, making a presentation, organizing files, or saving a document correctly as a PDF.
These appointments are not full start-to-finish training in an entire program. Beginning classes and hands-on workshops will be offered separately at a future date TBD.
A Quick Note About Support & Training Offerings
She Speaks Geek appointments are for personal technology support. Not covered are start-to-finish website or other design projects, business/nonprofit strategy, technology purchase recommendations, internet/phone service provider recommendations, social media management strategy, Google Business, or ongoing 24/7 support via text or email.
