Technical Support / Service Calls
Sometimes you just need a hand. Or a geek. I’m here to help! Whether it’s one-on-one tech support / training, or fixing a home network and setting up a new printer, I’ll come to your location and work through the technical problems you are having, and explain what I’m doing along the way so you understand the technology better as well.
Service call $75/hr for the 1st hour, $50/hr for each hour after that. Within Livingston and Paradise Valley areas.
*Materials (e.g., new printer, router, etc., if needed) are additional & paid for by client.
Backup Check-Up
If your devices aren’t syncing properly or you’re constantly running out of storage, I can help. I’ll look at how your space is being used on iCloud, OneDrive, or your local device, show you what can be cleaned up, and make sure the right items are backed up. We’ll also review how your devices sync across iOS and Mac, or Android and Windows, so everything works smoothly together.
1-2 devices single OneDrive/iCloud account $100–
3-4 devices shared OneDrive/iCloud accounts $150–
Software Lessons
Learn the tools you use every day with simple, one-on-one instruction. I offer personalized lessons for:
- Docs, Spreadsheets & Slides Google, Microsoft Office, or Apple iWork
- Creative Tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, iMovie, Capcut
- Website Platforms: Wix, SquareSpace, WordPress
At home lessons $75/hr for the 1st hour, $50/hr after that. Livingston and Paradise Valley only.
In town lessons $50/hr. We’ll sit & meet at Perk on Park and get geeky with your favorite cup of Joe or tea.
Home Security System
Being able to monitor what goes on inside & outside of your home brings peace of mind to many.
During this service call, we’ll review your monitoring goals and determine the best camera placement for full coverage. I’ll connect your system to the network, sync and configure each camera the way you want it to. We’ll install the manufacturer’s app on your devices, and I’ll show you how to view your system and make future adjustments.
Security Camera Setup up to 4 cameras – $300–
Ring Doorbell Setup – $100–

Wireless Network
Install or Update
Get your new wireless system up and running quickly and securely. I’ll set up your Starlink or other wireless router, create a strong and memorable password, and connect your devices to the new network. Includes updating login credentials on up to 8 devices (phones, laptops, tablets, and smart home gear).

Streaming TV and Movies
Upgrade your entertainment setup with Apple TV, Roku, Firestick or the like. I’ll help you get your new device installed, connected, and ready to use. You’ll learn how to download apps, organize your streaming services, and get all your favorite shows front and center.
